Academic Reappointments/Promotions — Library

The 2013–2014 Academic Reappointment/Promotion Instructions are now available for download in Microsoft Word format. To download the files on a Windows PC, right-click on the individual file, select 'Save Target As,' and save the file to your desktop, or other suitable location. MAC users should click and hold the mouse until the options window appears. Then choose 'Download Link to Disk' and save the file in an appropriate location. If you have difficulty downloading the instructions, please contact the Office of the Vice President for Information Services and University Librarian (848-932-7505) or the Office of the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs (848-932-7174). Due to the size of the files, the instructions and appendices are accessible separately.

The suggested and preferred method to generate Reappointment/Promotion Forms 1-L or II-L is by filling in your Faculty Survey at the link below. The Faculty Survey is a single point of data entry for all reporting needs, providing continuous and secure access to your personal data: https://surveys.rutgers.edu/facsurv. Changes made to the 2013–2014 forms are highlighted for identification purposes only.
